Building regulations applications can be fast-tracked using the LANTAC scheme.
Initial feedback is received within 10 working days, ensuring that when the full-plans
submissions are made there are no nasty surprises!
Outline and Detailed Planning Applications
All relevant drawings are provided along with Design Access Statements where
applicable, to support your application.
Working/Technical Drawings for Contactors and Installers
We can provide drawings for services engineers, partition/ceiling fixers and furniture
fitters alike. Each drawing is adequately detailed and fit for purpose, meaning fewer on
site issues.
CDM2007 Design Risk Mitigation/Assessments
Every effort is made to ensure that risks are ‘designed out’ of schemes, or where this is
not possible inherent risks are mitigated. Full details are provided to sub-contractors
via CDM Pre-Construction Information.
