Air Liquide, Droitwich. Through our continued relationship with our client we have been requested to undertake the re-planning and refurbishment of their first floor offices in Droitwich. These works include survey, development and construction drawings, and building regulation approvals.

Birmingham Metropolitan College, Sutton Coldfield Birmingham Metropolitan College recognised McCarthy & Associates growing reputation within the Education Sector particularly for their ability to provide a comprehensive fast track refurbishment service. The brief from the college was to give the Engineering block a facelift and provide the facility with a clear identity. McCarthy & Associates design team provided a solution to give the Engineering facility a wow factor and having agreed the finishes schedule and scope of work, a fast track refurbishment began. The work had to be carried out under a very tight timescale, to ensure completion of the works before term commenced. Scope of work included, Interior Design, Space Planning, Refurbishment, Decoration, Carpets & Furniture Supply. The project was completed within budget and on time and feedback from staff/pupils/visitors has been excellent.

Freight Transport Association, McCarthy & associates tendered and won the contract with FTA to provide a complete turnkey service to refurbish their existing Midlands offices. McCarthy & Associates provided survey, design services through the feasibility phase to sign off drawings, construction drawings. McCarthy & Associates will undertake the complete internal and external refurbishment of the two storey offices.

Central Law Training, London McCarthy & Associates have been requested to construct a webinar sound proof room/studio into existing London Offices. Special attention was required to material selection when sound proofing the walls, ceiling and doors to minimize ambient sound within the recording studio located within an open plan office.

Air Liquide, Stratford, London As part of our continued relationship with our client, McCarthy & Associates undertook the topographical survey, development of planning drawings, building regulation approvals, civil building works to relocate the entrance/exit onto site. The entrance way required relocating to make way for the main entrance into the 2012 Olympic Village on the request of the ODA (Olympic Delivery Authority)
Northgate, Birmingham McCarthy & Associates were appointed to this project following a competitive tendering process a fast track single source project management service provided building regulations approval/interior design/space planning/fit out/furniture/staff relocation. The project was completed on time and within budget and client feedback at the new office has been excellent.
Lafarge Cement, Birmingham As part of a re-organisation, McCarthy & Associates provided space planning, interior fit out and relocation services for Lafarge at their Head Office building in Birmingham.

Aubrey Allen, Coventry McCarthy & Associates negotiated the complete internal and external refurbishment of a dilapidated 20.000 sq ft light industrial unit. As well as the physical refurbishment works McCarthy & Associates surveyed the site, gained planning permission for external alterations and building regulation approval. St Modwen Properties, Innovation Centre, Blackburn McCarthy & Associates provided interior design services and space planning to a new 30,000 sq ft Innovation Building for St Modwen to allow for a new client. The building was then fully furnished by McCarthy & Associates, including a mix of fixed and hot desking. As part of the project McCarthy & Associates design team provided an innovative solution at the new building to store 35,000 medical records.
