McCarthys was appointed by Knight Frank Investment Management to create a working environment that promoted employee wellbeing and accommodated the diverse needs of colleagues.

Physical and mental wellbeing was centred through biophilic design. The works also included demolition, electrical upgrades, new flooring and ceilings, painting and decorating, installation of acoustic panels, and the fitting of internal curtains. All elements were carefully coordinated to deliver a cohesive, wellbeing-focused office environment.
