Working closely with the on-site workplace experience team, McCarthys worked in partnership to help create a new visual experience when entering PMI’s studio offices in St Paul’s.

The project included the overhaul of the existing reception desk, which was resprayed on site to achieve a modern, refined finish while minimising disruption. Flooring was refurbished, as well as the installation of new BM Trada certified fire doors.

Close collaboration and careful coordination allowed the project to be completed efficiently within the eight-week programme, delivering a refreshed and compliant workspace without impacting day-to-day operations.
