McCarthys has completed V100, the first phase of our client’s Vantage Park development, delivering a modern, self-contained industrial warehouse unit. Formerly Block H and previously part of the neighbouring JLR facility, V100 comprises a 105,000 sq ft warehouse with adjoining three-storey offices and a concrete goods yard.

The refurbishment included major external upgrades, with reconfigured goods yards, extensive drainage improvements and lowered ground levels to accommodate multiple new dock levellers, enhancing future operational flexibility. Landscaping improvements and car park works were also delivered.

Internally, the warehouse and offices were fully refurbished with new building services, EPC A-rated M&E installations, washrooms to each floor and fully finished office spaces.

The project achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating, supporting the client’s commitment to sustainable and future-ready development.

Outcomes:

  • Refurbished warehouse and office facilities delivered to a CAT A standard
  • New loading dock infrastructure and external yard improvements completed
  • Achieved BREEAM Excellent certification
